Located within easy reach of great restaurants and ski slopes, this hotel boasts an incredible in-house restaurant. The staff will navigate you through the ski mountain with ease. The bathrooms are pristine and the complementary breakfast is a great start to the day.

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, and the staff were very caring, friendly, and attentive. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and kept immaculately clean. The view of the lake and mountains from the room was spectacular. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were of the highest quality, with a great selection for both adults and kids. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a quiet and relaxed setting. this hotel provided a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Location was great, close to the main train station and the city center. The breakfast was quite good and the room was decently sized with comfortable beds.
The staff was not friendly or helpful, and seemed indifferent to our needs. The parking was very expensive and we were not informed about this before booking. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work from the hotel room. not a good experience for a business trip.

Luxury at its finest! From the elegant room decor to the exclusive amenities, this hotel is the epitome of extravagance. The Spa & wellness centre exceeded expectations with an incredible range of spa services and treatments, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. The staff provided exceptional service, catering to our every need with precision. The restaurant served fantastic local cuisine with impeccable presentation.
The only minor issue was that the sun terrace was not as spacious as expected, it was not accommodating enough for all guests.
